Islay

The kitchen at Islay is newly fitted and extremely well equipped, having the benefit of a ceramic electric hob and double oven, microwave and automatic washer. It also benefits from a fridge and a full size dishwasher. There is a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment for the use of guests. If required, freezers are available at the nearby laundry room on site.
The open plan dining area adjoins the kitchen with double glazed french windows which lead to the rear patio area
The lounge is at the front of the property with extensive views over Luce Bay. It is a large lounge which easily seats six people. It has an open fire and electric storage radiator. It aslo has a colour TV, Combined video recorder / DVD player and CD player as well as a selection of books and games.
Islay has three bedooms. 1 twin and 2 doubles. One of the doubles has a large Velux roof window
