Gigha is the
middle cottage in a terrace of three and the front aspect has
beautiful views over Luce Bay to the distant Wigton peninsula.
The cottage is tastefully decorated and has recently been to
subject of general upgrading and improvement. The lounge has a leather suite and an open fire for cosy nights in, as well as a comprehensive selection of books, games, DVDs and videos to suit all ages and tastes. The lounge also benefits from a Digital LCD TV, DVD player, Video recorder and CD player. |

The Kitchen at
Gigha is extremely well equipped, having recently been the subject
of a total make-over, with new sink and work surfaces, flooring,
cutlery, stainless steel pans and various electrical appliances.
There is a ceramic hob and double oven, fridge, microwave and
automatic washing machine. There is also a comprehensive range
of crockery and glassware for the use of guests. |

The kitchen ajoins the open-plan dining area which has recently been re-floored and equipped with a new dining suite. The dining area also has french windows which lead to the sheltered, South facing rear garden with it's open views over the local countryside. |

The main bedroom at Gigha has a double bed together with pine furniture. The room is light and airy and again overlooks Luce Bay to the front of the property. |

At the rear of
the cottage, as already mentioned, is a sunny and sheltered patio
area and lawned garden with views West and South over the surrounding
countryside. And don't forget, Gigha is totally pet friendly!' |
