HOW TO BOOK

1. Choose property. Check on-line availability calendar.

2. Ring site manager to confirm availability and obtain booking form or download / print as above

3. Return Booking Form together with 25% deposit (non-returnable) within 7 days to confirm booking.

4. Balance due at least 28 days prior to date of arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Deposits are NON-RFUNDABLE AS ARE FINAL BALANCES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID.

Clients should ensure they have travel insurance which will cover the cost of any deposit or balance paid if they have to cancel the holiday.

INCLUDED IN PRICE.
Linen for all beds (except childrens cots)
Bath towels and tea towels
Peat logs and coal for open fires and multi fuel stoves

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE
Electricity which is charged by meter reading.

ARRIVALS
Normally visitors should arrive after 4 pm. on Saturday to give us enough time to
prepare the property for your comfort. Visitors should leave by 10 am. on day of
departure leaving property in a clean and tidy condition.

CLEANING
We expect visitors to leave houses in a clean and tidy condition. If you wish we can
arrange for a special cleaner to take over this responsibility from you at a charge of
£20. Please let us know in good time so that we can make the necessary
arrangements.

BREAKAGES AND LOSSES
When a visitor breaks, damages or loses any of the furniture or equipment the
manager should be informed as soon as possible so that repair or replacement can
be arranged.

DISCLAIMER
Visitors should note that the owners are not responsible for any loss, accident or
mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises or whilst engaged in any
activity therefrom or any illness or injury arising from any cause whatsoever.

USE & TERMINATION
Visitors agree that the property will be used as holiday accommodation and for no
other purpose whatsoever and that they will vacate the property at the end of the
period of reservation without any prior warning or process of law.

COMPLAINTS
Should any cause for complaint arise the visitor should first contact the manager
to seek remedy of the complaint. Should the complaint not be rectified to the
visitor's satisfaction the visitor should write to the Owners clearly stating the cause
of the complaint within seven days of the occurrence.

DOG OWNERS
Please do not allow pets to sleep on beds or furniture.
Please clean up after your dog at all times.
Please help us by preventing a build-up of dog hair on carpets.
Please do not leave your dog in house unsupervised.
